Bisi bele bath
Bisi bele bath is a traditional dish from karnataka,a southern Indian state.The term "Bisi bele bath"translates to "Hot lentil rice dish"."Bisi" is a Kannada word meaning "Hot","Bele" translates to "Lentils" and "Bath" is a word that denotes a "gooey dish cooked by immersing the ingredients in water." This gooey goodness tempered with pure ghee is amazingly delicious and is hugely popular in the restaurants and tiffin centres of Karnataka.
